These were three from a series of 13 snackable training videos for Google Training. I did the content strategy, managed writers, and wrote scripts. The particular challenge of this project was that it had to appeal to people across the entire APAC (Asian Pacific) region. We’re talking folks that work in mom ‘n pop stores in Melbourne to the biggest box stores in Beijing to the owner of a stall on the streets of Jakarta and Delhi. The wording had to be easily translatable into many languages (i.e. no idioms), and I worked with a global team. The client was very happy with the outcome and the project reached its goal.
